F3: Finance, Fashion & Fun with Vail Valley Business Women

While at Morgan Stanley, I came up with an idea to make finance fun for women, approachable and not scary. My boss said women wouldn’t be interested in it, particularly her. I kept the faith. In partnership with the Vail Valley Business Women’s organization, we did a Zoom speaking event I call, “F3: Finance, Fashion & Fun.” It is my way of translating my love of fashion, in this case by way of a wardrobe assessment, and how that compares to financial planning, investments, and tracking to goals uniquely reflected by the person or personality involved (usually in terms of risk or diversification). Timeless wardrobe staples are compared to core asset strategies, with alternative investments or something like holding Bitcoin directly as a flourish. The event is best done in person which was the hope where we can all share experiences and learnings as well as a glass of wine and some fun. Please contact us if interested in the presentation or having us host one in partnership with your organization or group.
