What’s to Know about Money for High School Students

You know… I made some mistakes in my youth when it comes to money. I wish I’d learned at least a touch of what I know now. I did learn that the fairy tale story of a knight in shining armor is just pure fantasy though a nice thought. I host a series of events for high school students in partnership with schools and non-profit organizations to impart learnings many of us have had when it comes to money, and explain about saving, investing, spending, budget tracking, the lure of credit cards, and inspirational content about the future of finance, what youth can be a part of now, and how to create a “money plan” tracked to student’s goals for the future - education, training, career, and lifestyle. Initial events in partnership with the Telluride Foundation, True North Youth Program, the Vail Valley Foundation, YouthPower365, and high schools in San Miguel and Eagle counties in Colorado. Please contact us to learn more and if interested in an event for your school or organization, please do explain. Our legacy is to share what we know for the benefit of others and nature itself.
